Part-Time Ticket Seller

JOB SUMMARY
Part-time Ticket Sellers are responsible for the sale and distribution of event tickets at the ticket office for games, shows, and events. In this role, Ticket Sellers will learn and efficiently use VSG ticket selling platforms as well as assist guests in the selection of seats for events and games. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible work shifts, and opportunities to work at Amalie Arena, Yuengling Center, and Raymond James Stadium.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World-Class Pluss ServiceGreet guests in a polite, professional and friendly mannerAssist guests in selecting seating for eventsAccurately organize and distribute Will Call tickets to guestsEnsure guest’s needs are met by providing accurate information regarding directions, arena information, event details, etc.Obtain general knowledge of ticket selling platform and mobile ticket platformTroubleshoot any ticketing mattersPerform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

One year of guest service experience preferredPolite, friendly, and possess exceptional customer relations skillsEnergetic, pleasant, and professional appearancePunctual, dependable, and excellent work attendance requiredAbility to relate with a diverse customer backgroundAdaptability to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to listen effectively, take and execute directions givenAbility to stand on feet for extended periods of timeAbility to multitask and work well under pressurePrevious cash handling experiences (up to $200) preferredMust comply with our company policy of background checksAbility to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
