For our Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit in Siemens Smart Infrastructure located in Kartal, we are looking for Part Time Working Student Business Administrator (Customer Services - Service Corner organization).

What part will you play?

Support in commercial activities,Participate in monthly closing transactions,Work on various reports, dashboards, tools and support the team in execution of customer orders,Follow-up & support logistics process of the project (transport, customs duties, taxes, licenses, etc.) and creation of export documents,Close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant). 

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area,Able to work 3 days/week in Kartal or remotely,Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English,Advance level of MS Office Applications; especially Excel, PowerPoint,Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis,Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills.
