Your mission will be…
Execution of tasks related to GBS H2R Employee Life Cycle for Siemens Türkiye. Data management topics related to employees. Supporting the implementation of global, regional, or unit-related employee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies and programs. Providing guidance and support to service providers regarding C&B programs such as monthly meal allowance process, flexible benefit programs, company private pension plans, etc. Assisting in ensuring the fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups. Supporting the alignment of global, regional, or local C&B regulations with respective guidelines and regional or local laws. Assisting in the coordination of global transformation projects related to GBS H2R topics such as Workday, CARL (Digital P&O assistant), People Center (Case Management Portal). Supporting the locally designed myPack! (Total Reward Statement Tool) project displaying employees’ Total Reward Package on a dashboard. Providing support for Risk and Internal Control (RIC) coordination within Human Resources. Assisting in the preparation and tracking of payroll data to be communicated to the external payroll provider.“At Siemens we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
