Job Duties & Skills RequiredWhat You Will Do
Supervision of the daily operations of the Immanuel Pathways Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides that provide care in the Center, participant’s homes, and during transportation and contracted provider visits. Responsibilities include oversight of planning, coordination and implementation of all personal cares and activities occurring in the center and participant’s home. Supervision of all aides in regards to compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
Skills & Requirements
Associates Degree preferred.
CNA required.
One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
Two (2) years of certified nursing aide experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting is preferred.
Two (2) years of management experience in a health care setting is required.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
