Position: Event Staff  Department: Parties and Events  Reports To: Programs and Events Coordinator  Strategic Anchor Impact    Simple - We make it simple by organizing and facilitating the stress-free party you want.  Fun - We make it fun with staff-led activities and music to keep guests engaged throughout the party.  Quality - We make it quality by providing a safe environment that is clean and maintained.  Job Duties:  ● Upholds and adheres to the Courthouse Party and Event Culture at all Clubs. ● Provides assistance to renters throughout the party, including set up and clean up.  ● Facilitates party activities and the party progress for kids and parents.  ● Able and willing to work a wide variety of hours as needed to meet job duties. ● Assists with shift coverage as needed.  ● Enforces Club and Party Policies for both kids and parents.  ● Attends quarterly Staff meetings.  Preferred Experience:  ● Has spent and enjoys time with younger children and/or groups of people. ● Has led or facilitated small groups of people.  ● Has spent time working with others to ensure quality assurance.  Personal Profile:  ● Confident and professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality.  ● Ability to communicate with people of all ages.  ● Good attention to detail.  ● Works with a sense of urgency.  ● Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility.  ● Being able and willing to work a wide variety of hours and days at the various Club locations, especially during busy months.  ● Be a lifelong learner.  ● Critically assess own performance.  ● Mature, credible, and comfortable enforcing Club and Party Policies to children and adults.  ● Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others.  Personal Skills:  ● Comfortable with leading a group.  ● Capable of demonstrating the core values of Parties and Events.  ● Able to effectively set up, coordinate and clean up any and all party types. ● Able to teach others with the attitude of a humble servant.  ● Able and eager to learn new skills and/or technology that can improve our operation.  ● Able to communicate effectively and professionally.  ● Demonstrate an aptitude for basic computer skills and the ability to use common and/or club-specific software.
