What You'll Do

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

BCG is looking for experienced professionals to join our SEA team at the Partner levels within our Healthcare Practice Area. As a core member of BCG's Healthcare Practice, you will:

Work alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry, delivering impactful client solutions and creating long-term value.Significantly contribute to the development of the Healthcare Practice’s expertise and support BCG’s ambitious growth targets in this space.Lead project teams, guiding them to take the right approach and motivating them to deliver on time while achieving long-term impact for clients.Drive client interactions by fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, advising them on critical strategic business issues, producing cutting-edge business models, and addressing specific challenges and opportunities.Play a key role in high-level client relationships, acting as a content lead for proposals and other business development initiatives.Shape the strategic direction of the Healthcare Practice, driving growth and innovation through new and existing client relationships.Build and sustain trusted partnerships with C-suite clients, acting as a thought partner to solve their most pressing business challenges.Oversee the successful delivery of high-impact client engagements while ensuring client satisfaction and creating long-term value for BCG.Develop and drive go-to-market strategies and business development efforts to achieve revenue growth goals for the Healthcare Practice.Actively contribute to thought leadership, including creating frameworks, methodologies, and perspectives to advance the firm’s expertise in Healthcare topics.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications (What You’ll Bring):

Strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution.A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a leading strategy consulting firm with a focus on Healthcare topics.A proven track record of leadership and achievement, both professionally and in activities outside of work.Experience solving complex business problems and devising business strategies through research, quantitative analysis, and the ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions.Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities, and sound business judgment.A collaborative team player, open and positive in group dynamics, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
