Overview
The Redfin Partner Program is a rapidly-growing business venture at Redfin. As a Partner Account Executive for The Partner Program, you will utilize your sales and consultative expertise to identify, target, and convert potential listing agents, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Redfin's Flagship product. The role will require a growth mindset, high level work ethic, a consultative approach, ability to work through ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mentality, and have the sales skills to drive market penetration of an exclusive new product to the top tier of listing agents nationwide. You will also help guide the direction of the product by actively providing feedback to the executive staff.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential agents and teams within target regions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential qualified listing agents.
Acquire new partners through outbound and inbound call efforts in markets in which we launch the product while utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to prospect and generate leads.
Utilize a consultative approach to educate potential listing agents about the benefits and features of Redfin's new listing product.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals related to listing properties and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Redfin's listing services.
Effectively communicate Redfin's value proposition and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Tailor sales presentations and demonstrations to address the specific needs and pain points of each potential listing agent.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential listing agents to foster trust and credibility and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communication.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to potential listing agents throughout the sales process.
Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the closing of deals and to secure agreements and contracts.
Meet and perform outlined acquisition targets monthly and quarterly.
Meet and perform outlined daily activity metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to optimize sales strategies and initiatives.
Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and updates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the real estate industry.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years experience in a real estate and technology sales role
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate tech industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity and reporting tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and innovation.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.
Base Pay Range: $78,100.00 - 117,000.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
