In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for our partners regarding Microsoft CSP T2 license program. One of your main objectives will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for SWO’s cloud products and solutions. In addition, you will assume accountability for advising, developing, and managing long-lasting business relationships with new and existing partners. Among your key responsibilities, we can highlight the following: Engage with partners on Microsoft CSP T2 program. Develop new Partner relationships in chosen market segment and assess their needs and challenges regarding CSP T2 products and services. Successful management of mid to large-scale, complex deal. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others. Familiarity and understanding of cloud-oriented practices and approaches including PaaS, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud, Big Data and Compute. Ability to solve Partner problems through cloud technologies, specifically solutions related to new internal LOB apps and external facing apps, migration to cloud, Hybrid cloud & datacentre infrastructure modernization Identify cloud technologies & provide best-suited cloud solution to Partners based on the requirement (O365 & MS Azure). Drive long-term cloud adoption with SWO’s cloud products and solutions, and work with partners to build a motion of public & private cloud, including a Go-To-Market strategy Execute on marketing campaigns to assist with sales efforts Prioritize opportunities to achieve consistent growth in targets and prepare our partners for their journey to the cloud Develop and drive an updated and accurate sales pipeline What we need to see from you 4+ years’ experience selling IT solutions and cloud services in Mid-Market through partner Bachelor’s or master’s degree in or equivalent experience in industry related discipline In-depth knowledge of partners business environments and needs Broad knowledge of the Microsoft and the ability to map this to create a business impact for our partners. Possess sound domain knowledge of O365 & Azure (PaaS SaaS and IaaS), and public and/or private secured cloud Experience collaborating with partners and extended internal and external teams to generate a comprehensive business and growth plan for accounts Work experience from collaboration with vendors and the extended teams (Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, VMware, Adobe, etc.) to generate a joint GTM Plan #LI-SB6 Job Function Field Sales Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
