We are looking for an energetic and motivated Partner Account Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for building the GTM strategy and generating pipeline and sales for some of RingCentral’s most strategic partnerships.
You will become the resident expert on RingCentral’s services and will assist our Service Provider partner with selling Unified Communications as a Service, alongside a state-of-the-art Contact Centre as a Service solution. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes. You will also be an innovator that will help our Global Service Provider teams to discover new ways to improve our service and drive new initiatives to increase partner qualified sales and productivity.

Learn the RingCentral service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree (i.e. To the degree you will be able to train others within the Service Provider and also independently support overlay sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle)Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for their enablement capability to effectively sell RingCentral servicesCreate strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider (and its indirect partners) to create qualified pipeline opportunities – and manage the forecast with the service providerBuild a team of channel & sales representatives in line with Service Provider growth ratesTrain the Service Provider on product, process and solution in accordance with Service provider and RingCentral best practicesCreate programs and initiatives to drive better awareness of all RingCentral solutions within your territoryProvide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement, and support RingCentral’s services.Assist Service Provider with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work for RingCentral services.Learn key competitor strategies and solutions, along with market knowledge and industry data to show thought leadership to the Service ProviderWork with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support Understand Service providers business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policiesCoordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider.Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required.Exceed revenue objectivesAbility to travel up to 65%Qualifications & Skills:
At least 7+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP)Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotaProven experience and references for selling UCaaS solutions into multi-country large enterprise through either a direct or a sell-through modelSkilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, and the ability to learn technologyAbility to partner and work in a co-selling environment with a Channel ecosystemStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to othersEntrepreneurial flair - ability to learn and adapt quicklyVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things doneBS degree, continued training and education preferredProficient user of SalesforceLocated in GermanyWhat we offer:
