Partner Agency Manager

As an Agency Partner Manager you will help build out our momentum in the strategic accounts space by recruiting and nurturing the relationships with our ecosystem of technology and services partners.

As an integral part of the Global Alliances Team, the Agency Partner Manager will be the first line of communication between the company and potential partners. Responsible for identifying potential partners and creating qualified sales opportunities, the Agency Partner Manager will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with new partners. 

The Agency Partner Manager will recruit and manage a pool of existing SMB partners driving technical and sales enablement,leverage joint marketing collateral, supporting joint selling and channel activities. In collaboration with the marketing team, this role will leverage  presentations, email templates, sales training materials and marketing materials to enable and support our partner ecosystem.

 

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

You have the unique opportunity to drive the future of the SMB & Commercial business by developing the GTM in your territory to increase revenue from your portfolio of Partners

Qualify applications and partner leads through the partner portal and Algolia website Nurture and grow a community of 250+ Algolia partners in EMEA through campaign recruitment, webinars, blogpost Recruit and build relationships with selected local digital agencies, advisor firms, system integrators, technology companies - through marketing activities, training and enablement sessions, updates on sales resources and new product developments to support the SMB/Commercial segments. Manage partner pipelines and work with the sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads

Territory: EMEA

 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

Previous experience as quota carrying Sales, Alliance, Channel, Partner Manager, Partner Marketing Manager, BDR, SDR Proven ability to work with cross functional teams both internally and externally History of establishing new relationships with partners/customers Experience in a SaaS role is a plus Excellent spoken and written english + any other language is a plus (French or German most beneficial)  Year of experience range: 3+ years
