Partner Autonomy - Regional Rollout Lead

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

In this role, you will drive the successful launch and rollout at scale of the partner-driven GTM model with the region. This includes the focused coordination of all rollout preparation and execution activities in close alignment with the regional partner-driven launch leader. The role will guide the region to have a proper setup in place to support the GTM preparation & execution. The role acts as the glue between the global partner-driven rollout team and the regional counterpart, aligning the global strategy and guidance for partner-driven with the region and collecting input and feedback from the region for global consideration.

In this context, you will

orchestrate all relevant alignment activities between the global and regional teams, build and track the regional roadmap towards full partner autonomy. work with the PES regional counterparts to establish the model in all MUs based on partner readiness. Support the region in bringing partner ecosystem maturity to the next level. run regional engagement for deployment & execution of partner-driven plans. Monitor and track rollout performance, generating strategic insights into rollout success and business impact of the Partner Autonomous segment in the region.
 

YOUR PROFILE

Min 5 years in a channel business or sales role. Experienced in managing global business rollouts of strategic programs and initiatives. Demonstrated understanding of both partner business and IT processes & tools. Deep knowledge of SAP and its strategy, preferably based on prior engagements or professional experience. Strong network across SAP. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, effective across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated success in working in a matrix environment. Strong presentation skills. Excellent team collaboration, proactive networking, and a results-driven approach. Full proficiency in English, German is a plus.
