What You Will Do
The Partner Development Manager plays a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships within our partner network. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to support both new and existing partners, ensuring they are set up for success. With a focus on achieving annual sales targets, this role actively manages the program pipeline through proactive partner engagement, recruitment, and ongoing support. Additionally, the Partner Development Manager will lead efforts to identify, onboard, and cultivate new BDP and CPA partners, fostering strong collaborations and driving overall program success.
Partnership Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive partnership strategies, including value propositions, joint marketing plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies through proactive outreach, networking, and regular communication.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partnership value.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate partnership progress and updates to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and legal departments
Negotiation and Agreement Execution: Negotiate partnership terms, including contract details, deliverables, and financial arrangements
Joint Marketing and Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to develop and educate our partners with the Trimble Construction One Product Line
Identifying Potential Partners: Conduct market research to identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and business needs
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
5+ years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role, with a focus on the construction industry
Professionalism with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners
Expertise in identifying and cultivating potential partners that align with business objectives
Skilled in managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners to drive mutual success
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with partners and support business initiatives
Salary 100-125k + Bonus
