We are looking for a highly motivated program manager to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels Partner Success Team in efforts to accelerate and scale the success of our partner business. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow’s biggest priorities. **Primary Focus** · Evaluate and interpret key customer and partner success metrics. · Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable strategic decision making · Drive data consolidation, cross-functional alignment, and prioritization of target accounts for program adoption · Work cross-functionally to structure problems, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process. · Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders · Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives · Measure and report on project/program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. · Coordinate with stakeholders for the flawless execution of the project. Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget. **To be successful in this role:** · 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or program management is required. · Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-orientated mindset · Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages and deliverables geared toward an executive audience · Exceptional presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills · Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions · Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements or new ways of working · Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results · Experience with Tableau, Power-BI, or other data visualization tools is a must ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
