Role Overview:
This position is for an individual who has a flair for customer service, and has prior work experience providing support via phone, email and chat.Trellix two tier channel model includes Resellers and Distributors. The Partner Care team is the single point of contact WW for backend support operations for our partners.
The position is based out of our Bangalore office, and does not require the individual to travel extensively.
Though not compulsory, prior experience working in a channel support or sales operations role will be an added advantage.Candidate should have 1 to 3 Years of experience.The Partner Support Analyst will manage different areas of partner operations – Onboarding, Enablement, Program support, licensing help etc.The individual will work with internal stakeholders – Sales teams, Channel Account Managers, Quoting and Order operations etc. on the one hand, and external stakeholders – resellers, distributors, prospective partners etc., on the other.The role involves liaising with internal teams like sales, quoting and order operations to ensure accurate and timely bookings process. Co-ordinate with Sales teams – Sales reps and Engineers, to fulfill Demo and POC requirements for our customers.Help maintain up-to-date and accurate data in our Salesforce and PRM systems. This involves working with internal teams and partners to source the required information.Gain mastery over content on the Partner portal, and internal data repositories, as well as systems and tools needed for day-day work.Work with our Professional services team if needed, to complete consulting requirements.Extended support within the team – though the individual will be assigned to a specific project, he/she needs to be willing to support other business functions within the team as need may be.
