To provide change management support for projects specific to the department creating large scale enterprise-wide change. The Change Management Partner will provide day to day change management execution capabilities to various organizations across the business in support of the project sponsor and project team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan for Change (Get Started Phase)
Partner with the sponsor to lead the change assessmentLead the development of the creation of the change strategyIdentify change implicationsManage Change (Align Phase)
Work with project management resources to align change management plan with program/project planLead the creation of the initial stakeholder assessmentValidate stakeholder analysis with business leadersContinually revise and update stakeholder assessment through lifecycle of projectDevelop sponsorship plan with change sponsor and support sponsor activitiesFacilitate the creation of the change story with change sponsor and project teamLead the development of the communication strategy for the projectIdentify risk and resistance and provide coaching to business leadersManage Change (Develop Phase) Develop communication planOversee execution of communication plan, including providing updates to the plan and ensuring project awareness of the communication plan.Assist in developing communications as needed.Develop and ensure execution of stakeholder management activities and change planProvide coaching to business leaders, sponsors and project leaders on effective change management activitiesPartner with training lead to develop audience analysis if training is requiredDefine and help administer change readiness assessments (user readiness/user support)Partner with business sponsor to develop deployment strategiesIdentify readiness risks and identify mitigation strategiesReinforce Change – (Transition Phase & Sustain Phase)
Partner with business leaders to develop reinforcement planImplement corrective actions and celebrate successOther
Participate in project team meetings (daily/weekly)Participate in stakeholder, steering committee and sponsor meetings.Provide weekly status reports to project teamPresent in team meetings, leadership meetings, and town hallsQUALIFICATIONS:
