Partner & Client Project Coordinator

About the Role:

The Partnerships & Project Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating and executing the marketing components of our MRI PartnerConnect program, client engagement initiatives and other strategic partner and client engagement projects across the APAC region. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management, overseeing tactical tasks across multiple marketing campaigns, and supporting both internal and external partner communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, assertive, collaborative and have strong project management and communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management, cross team collaboration, reporting, and content generation and execution is a must.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all partner program marketing components, ensuring smooth execution of all marketing communications and associated activities, including partner and client ecosystem engagement ie user groups, CABs coordination, client campaigns, testimonialsContent Development and Execution: Develop, write, and implement communications for partners and other designated client engagement projects to support partner engagement and program success. Partner Marketing Resources: Own, manage and update all regionally owned partner marketing assets, including website content, decks, logo folders. This role will also ensure all globally owned assets are current where relevant, with strict adherence to the existing processes and partner teams.Global Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to align on and execute partner programs across regions, ensuring consistency and scalability of initiatives. Monthly Reporting: Generate and deliver monthly reports on partner program activities to internal stakeholders and external partners, summarising outcomes, metrics, and key insights. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate systematically with key stakeholders in the Partner, Marketing Growth, and external partner teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across all initiatives. Project Management: Use project management tools and best practices to keep all marketing and partner program tasks on track, supporting timely and effective campaign delivery. 

Job Requirements:

Salesforce Proficiency: Confident use of Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and data management. HubSpot & Pardot Proficiency: Experience in executing and tracking digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot and Pardot. Asana Experience: Comfortable managing tasks, timelines, and collaboration within Asana. Project Management Experience: Previous experience managing marketing projects is required. Reporting Skills: Ability to create comprehensive, insightful reports that capture marketing and partner program activity metrics. Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all projects.
