Your Day to Day

As a Partner Commission Specialist you would be working on:

Work cases/emails (billing and commission related) from Customers/Partners in Germany, UK/Ireland and any new regions that go live in the future.Answer phone calls or callbacks from UK/Ireland Customers/Partners.Assist colleagues with commission calculations.Work internally with multiple departments to solve cases and escalations, as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

As a Partner Commission Specialist, your background will look like:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong skills and experience in Customer Service.Fluency in both German and English required.Ability to adapt to change.Ownership and professionalism in own work.Positive attitude and team player.
