We’re seeking a Partner Contracts Manager to join our Platforms team in Australia supporting our International Go to Market teams in helping us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own 

Prepare, issue, review and administer commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. In addition, provide operational sales support to the Go to Market teams to expedite cycle time for commercial deals.   Drive contractual performance through negotiation, strategy development, improvement initiatives and provision of expert commercial advice.Conducts pre-contract data collection and administration of commercial contracts.Creates, negotiates and/or administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, clients and/or partners.Works with sales, service and business operations teams to structure contracts.Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice and requirements and conformance to master agreements. Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Preparation of tender and request for quotation documentation including scope of works for various services.Provide analysis of sales pipeline to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work in partnership with APAC leaders to recommend key actions to implement to drive improvement in sales cycle time.Other related duties as assigned. 

What you bring

Advanced knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory standards, business management policies and proceduresTertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline (Contract Management, Commerce, Law, etc.), or equivalent experience / combined educationExemplary communication and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent activitiesAbility to interact effectively with executive level clientsEager to communicate and work with people from other countries and culturesEffective time management and problem-solving skillKnowledge of Microsoft Office, legal software applications and CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
