Partner Delivery Specialist (Early in Career)
Location: Oeiras, Portugal (Minimum 3 days per week in the office.) Applications are accepted until further notice. Meet the Team You will be part of the Commerce Operations EMEA organization and will work closely in person or through digital channels with your stakeholders & peers in-country or across EMEA/global. Your Impact The Partner Delivery Specialist holds the accountability and responsibility for case delivery management in the regions for a specific partner within EMEA Theatre. The Partner Delivery Specialist is aligned to the Quote to Cash delivery process. They will own, manage, and oversee the successful execution of Case Based transactions Delivery and Performance Management. The focus of the Partner Delivery Specialist is to proactively optimize & simplify customer, partner & stakeholder experience using data analytics to retrieve actionable insights. They will also be responsible for driving critical case escalation resolution. Our Minimum Qualifications * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identifying & articulating problems. * Strong relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications * Fluent in English Our preferred qualifications * Strong verbal & written communication skills * knowledge in AI technologies to find opportunities for automation and digitization in Commerce Operations. * Knowledge on Quote to Cash process & Service Delivery * Project Management skills * Ability to influence without authority * You can clearly translate stakeholder requests into clear actions to be completed * You enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment * You are accountable for timeous case escalation resolutions, for driving performance improvement opportunities * You have the ability to work cross functionally in all matters related to case delivery management * You have a passion to leverage reporting to draw insights & facilitate issue resolution * You are comfortable in leveraging different channels & engaging with cross- functional teams to reach the desired solution #WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
