The Manager, Partner Development supports a Director, Partner Development on a portfolio of Power 4 schools, while independently managing their own territory of key Division I partners. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of SIDEARM’s digital products, and a commitment to driving partner success, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director in managing Power 4 partnerships, including renewals, reporting, and strategic engagementLead the day-to-day management of an assigned group of Division I partnersConduct partner meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance, introduce solutions, and identify growth opportunitiesUnderstand partner goals and align SIDEARM products and services to meet objectivesDrive product adoption and upsell opportunities across assigned accountsGather and relay partner feedback to internal teams for continuous improvementSet and manage expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and capabilitiesAct as the first escalation point for issues within assigned accountsCollaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Project Management teamsCreate and deliver presentations, proposals, and best practices documentationPerform additional duties as needed to support team and company initiatives
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, digital sports, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of digital technology within college athleticsProven success in relationship management and strategic account serviceExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Ability to travel and represent SIDEARM at partner locations and eventsAdaptability to different partner styles and organizational structures
