We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager who can build and drive strategic hospitality partnerships for our Benelux region, helping bring exciting new merchants to Lightspeed through partnerships. If you’re a relationship builder with a passion for growth, this could be your next big move! This role can be based out of the Netherlands or Belgium - Fluency in Dutch is a must.

What you'll be doing: Create and nurture commercial partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed. Prospect, qualify, and recruit new integration and reseller partnerships. Hit sales targets and deliver regular pipeline reports. Seamlessly onboard new partners, working closely with internal teams for smooth collaboration. Drive real business impact through partnerships that boost ROI, market share, and brand awareness. Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Lightspeed at top events. Be the go-to POS expert, showing how Lightspeed’s products support every stage of retail and restaurant operations. What you need to bring: Fluency in Dutch Language is a must - Fluency in French and English a plus Multiple years of channel sales experience (preferably in software sales) - both referral and reseller partnerships. Strong experience in sales forecasting. Self-driven with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. A proven track record of building and nurturing B2B relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. A strategic mindset with the ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies and ecosystem. Even better if you have: SaaS sales experience. Expertise in Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office. Hospitality industry experience. What’s in it for you?
