As part of a parental leave replacement, we are looking for a new colleague on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
What part will you play?Works collaboratively with the Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to build compelling use cases, customer presentations, and user journeys that demonstrate the value of partner offerings.
Drives initial onboarding discussions with prospects and pre-designs potential business models, leveraging a deep understanding of the business and industry.
Establishes a framework to track relevant metrics and measure the impact of initiatives, enabling continuous improvement for future iterations.
Manages the identification, creation, and management of key-account/strategic business relationships with select companies, developing solutions and complementary products/services.
Defines requirements and strategy for partner engagement, including partner types, governance framework, and guidelines/frameworks for partner/channel requirements.
Analyzes market changes and dynamics, developing strategies to maintain and strengthen partnerships by leveraging new models and technologies.
Establishes mutual goals and objectives, building awareness and support for the strategic impact of partners within the organizational unit.
Contributes to identifying the most optimal go-to-market approach towards key end-customers, evaluating the balance between direct and indirect channels.
Provides leadership to a team of Partner Management Professionals, guiding their efforts and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
What you need to make real what matters.
Demonstrated educational excellence with a relevant Master's degree.
Longterm experience in higher education practice management, strategy, and digitalization, showcasing a rich background.
Possess a strong business acumen, bridging strategy conceptualization to tactical implementation and navigating systemic interdependencies.
Sound knowledge of markets and customers, enabling effective decision-making.
Strategic business planning expertise, guiding initiatives with a forward-thinking approach.
Highly proficient leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, effectively managing P&L, and driving successful business development.Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Strategic thinking and influence in decision-making processes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
Fluent English language proficiency is an additional qualification desired for this role.
