**Partner Engagement Manager - APJ Regional Partners**
**Why We Have This Role**
The Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) plays a vital role within the Qualtrics Ecosystem team, focusing on the development and management of our most strategic regional partnerships to drive revenue growth and extend Qualtrics' market reach. This position is dedicated to nurturing a portfolio of 15-20 high-performing partnerships across key regions, including North America, EMEA, APJ, and LATAM. The PEM will ensure that partners are effectively enabled to create high-quality Experience Management (XM) offerings that align with their business objectives. By collaborating closely with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), regional execution teams, and sales personnel, the PEM will facilitate go-to-market (GTM) execution and revenue impact of the partners’ developed offerings.
**How You’ll Find Success**
+ Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner business models and service offerings to collaboratively create joint GTM plans with measurable revenue targets.
+ Stakeholder Management & Practice Expansion: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, fostering a collaborative environment while addressing their needs effectively.
+ Performance Management: Conduct regular business reviews to monitor KPIs related to revenue generation, pipeline, deal closures, renewals, and overall partner satisfaction ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal sales teams to coordinate market campaigns and effectively position partner offerings within the sales cycle for optimized revenue growth.
+ Partner Advocate: Act as a champion for partners within Qualtrics, promoting their successes and collaborating on incentive programs to motivate high performance.

+ Objective: Establish and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy with partners.Key Results: Develop joint execution plans with clear revenue milestones and ensure campaigns align with partner strategies.
+ Objective: Foster strong relationships with partner senior stakeholders.Key Results: Nurture rapport and ensure open communication to align on strategic initiatives and drive partnership expansions.
+ Objective: Track and optimize partner performance metrics.Key Results: Regularly conduct business reviews to measure KPIs and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
+ Objective: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance partner engagement.Key Results: Co-ordinate GTM efforts and ensure partners are strategically positioned throughout the sales cycle.
+ Objective: Champion partner success within Qualtrics.Key Results: Advocate for partners to drive visibility and momentum, while collaborating on motivating incentive programs.
**What We’re Looking For On Your Resume**
+ 7+ years of experience in partner management, partner sales, business development, or related roles in the SaaS industry.
+ Proven success in developing and managing partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and market expansion.
+ Strong foundational knowledge of partner ecosystems, effective GTM strategies, and sales process dynamics.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes that enable comprehensive partnership assessments and strategy development.
+ Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or advisory firms is desirable.
