Job Description

Your tasks:

 

Develop and execute event marketing strategies: Plan and implement an end-to-end event strategy for ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions, maximizing ROI through targeted audience engagement. Collaborate with regional teams to deliver impactful events: Partner with regional sales and field marketing teams to identify, plan, and execute high-value events and joint initiatives. Design innovative exhibitions: Create engaging and effective ways to showcase our digital solutions to diverse automotive aftermarket audiences. Oversee event logistics from start to finish: Manage all aspects of event execution, including contract negotiations, booth design, production of sales and promotional materials, and on-site logistics. Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns: Work with Demand Generation and Sales Ops teams to create CRM campaigns that generate leads and nurture event-related prospects. Manage and optimize the event marketing budget: Track spending, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to maximize impact. Communicate progress and resolve challenges proactively: Report on KPIs, flag potential issues, and align with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Create engaging co-marketing initiatives: Support Partnership Sales in developing campaigns, sales materials, and outreach tactics to engage partner audiences through newsletters, PoS materials, and other innovative strategies. Promote events and co-marketing activities: Partner with the Communications team to drive internal and external awareness, prepare press releases, and enhance visibility of our initiatives. 


Your profile:

 

University degree in event management, tourism, marketing, similar degrees or equivalent diploma/ apprenticeships Minimum 5 years experience in organizing events – ideally customer events, company representations & activation areas during industry fairs and press events Proven experience and ability to design and execute events optimized for capturing high-quality leads  Experience in developing event strategies that align with lead generation and ROI objectives Expert at managing complex projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (lead and conversion data) and making data-based/-driven decisions Ability to craft innovative experiences and events that attract and engage target audiences Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and demand generation platforms Good understanding of event technology platforms and virtual/hybrid event tools Knowledge of lead generation metrics and best practices for B2B events Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem is a strong plus Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus Willingness to travel within Europe to attend, organize and manage events High level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
