Partner Growth Manager - Fleet Expansion
**About the Role** Our Operations team is the backbone of our business. As part of the team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Uber in Germany – a global top-priority market for Uber – with a focus on expanding into new cities. As a Partner Growth Manager in the Driver Growth team, you will be responsible for acquiring new fleet partners and managing their growth as well as shaping the strategy for new market expansion. You will be at the heart of scaling our fleet partner network, ensuring that new partners onboard successfully and leverage Uber’s services effectively in emerging markets. Your primary focus will be on the strategic acquisition of new fleets and successful market penetration. **What You'll Do** **Acquire New Fleet Partners:** Actively seek and onboard new fleet partners in new cities, introducing them to Uber's platform and services. **Develop Growth Strategies:** Develop and implement local expansion strategies to scale Uber’s fleet network and ensure successful onboarding of new partners. **Build Relationships:** Establish long-lasting, productive relationships with fleet partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the Uber platform. **Operational Support:** Provide ongoing support to fleet partners, helping them solve problems and optimize their operations as they scale. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with teams such as marketing, operations, and product to align and execute expansion strategies across various markets. **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize data and KPIs to track partner performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive growth. **What You'll Need** **At least 3 years of experience** in operations management, business development, consulting, startups, or similar fields, ideally with a focus on growth and market expansion. **Sales and Acquisition Experience:** Proven ability to win new partners and effectively onboard them to the platform. **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to identify market opportunities and scale them with a hands-on, results-driven approach. **Strong Communication Skills:** Comfortable being the face of Uber for fleet partners and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. **Data & KPI-Driven:** Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize partner performance. **Fluency in German and English.** **Willingness to Travel:** You should be open to traveling to different cities and markets to drive expansion and foster new partnerships. **Bonus Points If** **Strong SQL Skills:** Experience with SQL to analyze and extract insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions and optimize partner performance. **Experience in the Mobility Space:** Previous experience in the mobility industry (e.g., ridesharing, logistics, or fleet management), as it will give you deeper insights into the market and partners’ needs.
