Partner GTM Manager - AWS

Snowflake partners with AWS to drive joint go-to-market efforts.  We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the development and execution of joint sales plays between Snowflake and AWS sales teams.  The role will also be responsible for creating new content related to the partnership  (enablement, strategy and planning, Win Wires) and managing all content and updates to the internal Snowflake sales enablement portal.

Reporting to the Global Head of AWS Partnership, the candidate will have the opportunity to work across a cross-functional team of go-to-market professionals and make an impact on the growth and scale of sales plays and sales campaigns.  

Manage the end to end execution and success of sales plays globally.

Create the Sales Play.  You will have access to an expert team of cross-functional leads from Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partner Sales Engineering, and Regional Cloud Leads.

Pilot the Sales Play message with field sales and their nominated accounts to test the sales play content and work with extended to revise as necessary.

Launch the Sales Play for the appropriate geographic regions and/or industries.

Assist Regional Cloud Leads to schedule and deliver enablement sessions to Snowflake and AWS sales teams.

Track the progress of the Sales Play through weekly/daily stand up meetings.  This execution part of the sales play is one of the most important responsibilities of this role.  

Ability to use Salesforce to create campaigns, tagging, reporting of conversions and sales stages is key.  

Generate detailed quantitative weekly status of the sales plays and identify issues.  

Prepare analysis and data for RCL report outs to sales managers.

Manage the update of Snowflake’s internal enablement portal with overall AWS partnership content.

Manage the sales Win Wire process, intake, and development of sales wins highlighting the Snowflake and AWS partnership.  

Create new AWS partnership content related to partnership overview, first call decks, strategy and planning. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

7-10 years of sales and/or partner enablement, sales and/or partner operations, program management experience in a sales supporting role.

Experience collaborating with sales and partner sales teams.

Experience in content review, edit, and feedback a must.

Salesforce CRM experience is a must.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong meeting facilitation and diligent documentation skills.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
