Partner Integration Management and QE Automation Engineer

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Integration Management:

Lead partner integrations from design to certification and validation. Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) integrations and APIs. Prepare implementation guides for partner-built integrations with ORC. Ensure partners meet technical and product requirements to remain compliant. Collaborate with product teams to develop partner training content and certification processes. Serve as the primary contact for partner technology inquiries and integration support. Engage with partner developers and project managers to drive integration development. Create and update partner-facing documentation on ORC’s integration models and methodologies. Coordinate with stakeholders to launch partner integrations and manage internal/external rollout, including training and first-line support. Be flexible to work across different time zones (primarily North America) to support global partners.

QE Automation & Quality Engineering:

Review design specifications and create/improve/automate test plans and test cases. Execute test cases, analyze results, file bugs, verify fixes, and provide test reports. Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for ORC integrations. Maintain an automated test environment and perform unit, functional, and stress testing. Work with engineering teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. Improve test tools, environments, processes, effectiveness, and efficiency. Develop new testing tools and processes to achieve QA goals. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within timelines and budgets. Continuously enhance QA processes and implement improvements for efficiency.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

6–8 years of experience in API/system integration and test automation for cloud-based SaaS applications. Strong expertise in RESTful API testing and integration, with tools like Postman, SoapUI. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Appium). Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications, preferably in HCM or Recruiting systems. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Oracle Cloud HCM. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle REST APIs, and middleware solutions.
