Partner Life Cycle Team Strategy Manager

Job Description The Partnership Lifecycle Management Strategy Manager supports the Partnership Lifecycle Management Lead in delivering a robust partnership strategic roadmap, lifecycle framework, and innovative business models. This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating partnership performance throughout the lifecycle while driving improvements in processes, systems, and tools to align with division and portfolio objectives

Job Responsibilities:

Support the lead and contribute to shaping the partnership strategy of the division and portfolio team

Enable and implement the frameworks for partnership principles,  partnership tiering, partnership playbook, or other tools needed 

Harnesses internal and external partnerships to gather data and contacts to support the Portfolio

Initiates process and system improvement initiatives based on analyses of the internal and external stakeholders experience 

Trendspotting for emerging partners and business models

Monitors effectiveness of strategy vs campaigns 

Develops own PPE based on MSP KPIs

Escalates to the PLM Lead critical, high-risk, high-impact, or sensitive issue

Job Qualifications:

Experience and Strategic Expertise:

At least 5-8 years of marketing experience (brand, agency, or related fields), with a strong preference for experience in strategy-focused roles.Skilled in developing operational frameworks, partnership principles, and tools like tiering systems and playbooks to align with organizational goals.

Data-Driven Storytelling and Analysis:

Expertise in "storifying" data—translating metrics and trends into actionable insights and compelling narratives that drive decisions.Strong analytical skills to evaluate strategy effectiveness, spot trends, and improve processes based on internal and external stakeholder experiences.

Trendspotting and Human-Centered Strategy:

Ability to identify emerging partners, business models, and trends, translating these into actionable strategies grounded in human needs.

Operational Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:

Proven experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, create strategic roadmaps, and drive meaningful outcomes.Comfortable managing high-impact or sensitive issues and escalating them when necessary.

Other Key Traits:

Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
