Partner Lifecycle Management Manager

Job Description The Partner LIfecycle Management Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor partnerships related to the organization's products, with a specific focus on contract management and partner evaluation. This role involves facilitating the onboarding, of vendor partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize value for the organization. The Partner LIfecycle Management Manager also manages the contractual aspects of vendor partnerships, including negotiation, drafting, and compliance monitoring

Lead and manage resources, inclusive of overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, ensuring compliance with company policies. Plays a key role in fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and oversee the vendor onboarding process, including contract negotiations, legal agreements, and integration

Manage the contractual aspects of vendor partnerships, including negotiation, drafting, and review of agreements

Drive compliance with contractual obligations, monitoring performance, deliverables, and service levels

Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendor partners, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and value delivery

Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in vendor partnerships, implementing initiatives to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to support vendor partnership initiatives, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations

Develop and maintain documentation for Partner Lifecycle Management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and performance of vendor partnerships, including contract compliance.

Implement and manage performance review and feedback sessions

Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Partner Lifecycle Management Frameworks and Methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in vendor management, partnership management or related roles, with a focus on contract management

Experience in contract negotiation, drafting and compliance monitoring

Proven track record of establishing and managing successful vendor partnerships

Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or similar field. Legal or Contract Management experience highly preferred.
