Partner Manager, Postmates Exclusives

**About the Role**
We are looking for an individual to help us grow the Postmates Central Exclusives team that is focused primarily on Los Angeles. We are a relatively small, scrappy team that works closely together and celebrates one another's contributions often. We are looking for an individual who is confident, resilient, and poised to make an impact for the greater Eats business as we go toe-to-toe with DoorDash to win new exclusive partners and protect our current exclusive partner base in LA. This role will be focused on growing and retaining our key exclusive merchant partnerships in our second biggest market in the US. **What You'll Do:**
+ Help to grow the Exclusive partner base through retention and conversion conversations.
+ Own outcomes. Work with our largest exclusive partners to execute against their highest priority initiatives
+ Assist with expansions, rollouts, and new partner initiatives to drive growth with Uber Exclusive brands
+ Communicate performance externally. Provide actionable insights and track initiatives to ensure we're driving toward the best possible outcome
+ Act as the partner's point of contact handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner
+ Meet or exceed team KPIs and revenue targets
+ Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes to maximize productivity
+ Be proactive. This role will require the ability to think on your feet and hustle through fire drill situations
+ Travel up to 20% per quarter surrounding recurring Business Reviews as needed
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of work experience, ideally in customer success &/or account management. Preferably with 2 years focused on strategic relationship management
+ Bachelor's degree
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience working in a commercial facing role
+ Knowledge and experience using CRM software like Salesforce
+ Skilled at analyzing metrics to deliver on overall business targets
+ Proficient in Excel and Salesforce; proficiency in SQL is a plus
+ Experience working with platform partners in an AM or growth role
+ Experience leading cross-functional projects to improve customer experience
+ Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical; with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Tech-savvy with Mac, iOS, and Android
+ Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
+ Highly creative; passion to change and revolutionize the delivery industry
+ Familiarity with the restaurant industry and 3rd party delivery
+ Ability to negotiate contractual agreements from alignment on terms through to redlines and signature
For Culver City, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
