In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Partner Manager for Planners, Consultants, and Specifiers for our Growth & Performance department within our SI Buildings Business Unit

Location:  This position will be located in Zug, Switzerland

 

The Role

As the Partner Manager for Planners, Consultants, and Specifiers at SI Buildings, you will be responsible for developing and managing global strategies and concepts for the successful collaboration with these key players in the building and construction industry. Your primary focus will be on facilitating Partner Managers in the countries and driving the cultivation of strong partnerships with planners, consultants, specifiers or architects  to drive the specification and adoption of our products, services and software

Your new responsibilities

Support assigned partner managers in selected countries worldwide and enable them to identify and collaborate with the most influential planning, design, and specification partners across their markets Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to build deep, collaborative relationships with these key partners and create the pull through on the market Coordinate the support, training, and enablement (tools, data, documentations) of this group of partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively specify and promote our offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop co-marketing campaigns, joint offerings, and other initiatives that drive mutual value Monitor partner performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements Facilitate the analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform the partner strategy and portfolio development

Your talents and experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the building design, construction, or architecture industry 5+ years experience as Specifier Sales Specialist AND/OR as a Planner/ Designer/Consultant Solid understanding of the building design and construction ecosystem, including the key influencers, decision-making processes, and industry trends Extensive knowledge in Buildings market and portfolio Extensive network and strong relationships within the planning, consultant, design, and specification community Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with C-suite and senior-level partners Ability to analyze data, gather market insights, and make data-driven decisions Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Fluency in English
