As a Partner Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to establish Rocket and its partners as America’s Most Trusted Homeownership Team. This role provides hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, all aimed at empowering our partners to deliver exceptional value to their clients. Guided by our core principles—Empowered by Prosperity, Boosted by Rocket, and Unified by Purpose—you’ll contribute to initiatives that help partners build prosperity, leverage innovative solutions, and work together to make homeownership more accessible and transformative.
About the Role
Draft marketing briefs and coordinate with team members to support the creation of high-quality, engaging content.Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand messaging and business objectives.Analyze performance metrics for campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize effectiveness and inform strategy.Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to develop innovative solutions.Conduct research on market trends, partner needs, and audience behaviors to enhance campaign relevance and impact.About You
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications
Coursework or project experience in marketing, communications, or data analysis.Basic understanding of marketing principles and project management.Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media management) is a plus.Passion for learning about the homeownership journey and how marketing supports partner success in the B2B space.Skills and Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Analytical mindset with a curiosity for exploring data and uncovering trends.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools is a plus.What You’ll Gain
