**Our opportunity:**
Automation Anywhere is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic alliance marketing across the Americas, with a focus on Hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and maximize the impact of our partnerships.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will design and implement marketing programs that strengthen collaboration with major cloud providers and GSIs. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, and the ability to manage complex partner relationships to deliver measurable results.
**Location:**
Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone
**You will make an impact by being responsible for:**
+ Developing and executing comprehensive joint marketing strategies with key Hyperscaler partners (AWS, Google Cloud) and a select group of GSIs that align with Automation Anywhere's overall business objectives and drive partner-sourced revenue growth
+ Leading the creation and promotion of joint solutions and offerings with GSI partners, including development of value propositions, solution briefs, customer case studies, and go-to-market materials that showcase combined capabilities and value
+ Orchestrating co-marketing initiatives with Hyperscaler partners, including marketplace promotions, joint customer success stories, and integrated campaigns that leverage cloud provider marketing channels and events
+ Creating and managing joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, joint webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth for both Automation Anywhere and our strategic partners
+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner marketing teams at GSIs and Hyperscalers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and results measurement
+ Designing and implementing partner enablement programs, including creating marketing toolkits, campaign-in-a-box materials, and other resources that strategic partners need to successfully position and market joint solutions
+ Developing and maintaining partner marketing metrics and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate value to key stakeholders across partner organizations.
+ Leading the planning and execution of partner-focused events and activities at major industry conferences, partner summits, and cloud provider events (AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, etc.).
**You will be a great fit if you have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
+ 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or similar role
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful joint marketing programs with major cloud providers and/or GSIs
+ Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, particularly AWS and Google Cloud
+ Experience with partner marketing in the technology industry, preferably in automation, AI, or enterprise software
+ Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills
**Preferred Experience**
+ MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field
+ Experience with automation technology or RPA industry
+ Direct experience marketing through cloud marketplaces
+ Previous experience at a major GSI or cloud provider
+ International marketing experience
+ Technical certifications from major cloud providers

+ Experience in solution marketing and ability to articulate complex technical solutions
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
+ Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies
+ Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $150,000 – $165,000 and outside of those locations is $140,000 – 155,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
