Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA

Introduction

With Indirect Partners (Distributors) a significant part of iRobot’s territories in EMEA, an outstanding Marketing Manager is required to support their growth. The role will report to the EMEA Head of Marketing and be a highly visible position with significant scope for autonomy and career progression. This is an opportunity for a driven, motivated individual with a strong eye for detail, savvy marketing acumen, analytical skills, and able to build strong relationships in a cross functional environment. Working closely with EMEA, LATAM and APAC distributor markets, Global and EMEA Marketing teams and the EMEA Distributors Sales team.

What You Will Do:

Be the iRobot Marketing touchpoint for EMEA’s Distributor Network covering Europe (EMEA), Asia (APAC) and South America (LATAM) to drive and accelerate regional success.Ensuring quarterly marketing ATL plans are on track with shared investments plan Marketing Contribution Agreement (MCA) defined by regional leadership and aligned with iRobot Global guidelines and local market goals.Helping to develop and structure countries needs/ideas and be the go between for submission and coordination with Channel and Online Marketing.Navigating iRobot Global and EMEA org/guidelines/plan to deploy accordingly into Private business Companies (Distributors).Ensuring marketing materials and assets are localised, owning localisation reviews for LATAM region.Distribute marketing guidance and materials, ensuring available for external parties in a timely mannerRunning regular calls with Partners teams, speaking to Distributors Commercial Directors, MKT directors and executions teams.Actively participate in all EMEA marketing forums to ensure fast and efficient local deployments.Meeting regularly with EMEA Partners Sales team and FP&A to cover the rest of the region and align marketing investment plans with business goals/actuals.Support EMEA Marketing teams with ad hoc tasks relating to product listing and merchandising

To Be Successful You Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experienceA multi-skilled all-round marketeer with excellent understanding and experience of executing full funnel multi-channel growth marketing campaigns. With ability to understand, brief, execute, review and make recommendations to drive performance.Exceptional communications skills with proven ability to influence and foster strong relationships across enterprise.Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.A solutioning, test and learn attitude, able to contribute ideas to fuel growth and performance of the iRobot business.English, Spanish fluent, Portuguese desirable
