Partner Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities to drive conversion, sell-through, and ROI. Marketing Excellence: Work across a matrixed organization to deliver integrated consumer marketing campaigns, exceptional execution, and compelling storytelling. Investment Management: Optimize marketing investments by leveraging multiple funding sources and aligning strategies to maximize joint value. Performance Optimization: Act as a trusted advisor to guide marketing decisions, ensuring activities deliver measurable impact and create shared success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in the gaming or technology sector. Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and consumer behavior. Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners. Experience managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging stories around products and brands. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

3 years of experience in the Partner Marketing space is required. Knowledge of gaming market, and/or esports is required. Experience with negotiating contracts is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Superb organizational, project management and communication skills are necessary. Strong MS Excel and presentation skills are required. Team player and a strong desire to achieve goals
