Partner Marketing Manager
The Role
The Partner Marketing Manager is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Wpromote’s co-marketing strategies with strategic partners. This role will focus on creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that elevate both Wpromote’s and partners' profiles while driving growth and brand awareness.

The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

#LI-JJ#LI-RemoteYou Will BeDefining and executing co-marketing plans with strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation, ensuring alignment with company priorities and overall marketing strategy.Collaborating cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies with partners, including campaigns, events, and messaging.Partnering with the Partnerships team to develop a partner tiering system (e.g., bronze, silver, gold) and exploring opportunities for a badged program to incentivize and recognize partner contributions.Developing thought leadership content, including joint blogs, case studies, webinars, and whitepapers, in collaboration with partners and the Content Team.Planning and executing partner-led events, webinars, and educational sessions to drive engagement and lead generation.Creating a structured approach to partner engagement and feedback, building long-term relationships that drive mutual value.Working closely with sales, marketing, and other functions to maximize partner-driven opportunities and initiatives.
You Must Have4- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, or similar roles, preferably within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.Proven ability to develop and execute successful co-marketing strategies and campaigns.Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build and foster strong partnerships that drive mutual success.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills, ensuring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage cross-functional projects effectively.Bachelor’s degree preference in Marketing, Business, or related field.Comfortability with meeting with Wpromote partners at a minimum of once per month.Candidates must be located within a 60 min drive of one of our major office hubs (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago)
