Partner Marketing Program Manager - Federal
_T_ _h_ _is position will be remote with a strong preference to be hired in the Washington, DC metropolitan area._ As a part of Optiv + ClearShark's Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholder to build and manage joint marketing plans with assigned Go-To-Market strategic partners. In this effort, collaborating with Optiv + ClearShark's other teams such as Strategic Marketing, Enablement, Content, Creative, Demand Generation, Corporate Programs, and Regional Marketing is essential. Optiv + ClearShark Marketing is seeking a federal partner marketing manager to work with a subset of the company’s growing cybersecurity technology provider business partnerships. The candidate should have extensive experience in channel marketing between partners and channel partners. A history and understanding of cybersecurity industry topics and solutions are preferred. You will be a great fit for this position if you have knowledge and passion for cybersecurity, have worked with large partnerships for joint marketing efforts, and enjoy collaboration with multiple internal and external teams to build and report on marketing plans. Maneuvering an ever-changing and complex environment with moving parts is a must. **How You Will Make an Impact:** + Collaborate with cybersecurity technology providers to build best of bread integrated joint / cross-marketing efforts. + Align marketing plans to partner business plans led by Optiv + ClearShark channel partner manager and leadership. + Report ROI on marketing efforts. + Maintain a regular cadence of planning and execution meetings with assigned partners. + Procure partner sponsorship commitments for marketing programs and events. + Encourage Optiv + ClearShark participation in imperative partner programs as needed. + Work with channel partner manager and sales to drive awareness of joint go to market efforts within Optiv + ClearShark and partners. + Help increase Optiv + ClearShark's brand and presence with the partners. **Qualifications For Success:** + 5+ years of work experience – with a least 3 years of partner marketing experience in a B2B high tech organization. + Experience and personal passion for working with partners. + Experience marketing to the federal industry. + Knowledge of partner marketing strategies that create maximum return on marketing investments. + Skills to engage and influence at senior levels at Optiv + ClearShark and partners. + Must have prior experience with SFDC, Word, and Excel.
