POSITION OVERVIEW:
OpenEye, The Cloud Video Platform, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management systems, is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the Liberty Lake, WA office.
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to work with a diverse team of marketers, sales professionals and channel partners to develop and implement marketing programs and tools in support of OpenEye channel partner onboarding and development. This tech-minded, team-oriented person will be a key member of OpenEye's Marketing and Communications department and will take a leading role in our partner marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with the Director of Marketing and Sales/Revenue Operations leadership to define a strategy for our partner marketing initiatives.
· Develop, implement, and maintain automated communications that engage new OpenEye partners to improve their onboarding experience and accelerate their revenue productivity.
· Work cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing campaigns using email and other marketing tools to grow existing partner engagement and address inactive partner accounts.
· Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to implement partner-focused sales tools for engaging and closing new channel partner prospects.
· Implement, promote, and maintain a “self-serve” partner marketing toolkit for OpenEye’s general partner base.
· Collaborate with OpenEye’s Event Coordinator and sales organization to deliver an exceptional experience at partner-focused events.
· Support the marketing team as needed in the delivery of the partner recognition program.
· Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
· Measure, optimize and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
· Perform any other job duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
· 3-5 years of related marketing experience, preferable marketing enterprise software to, with and through technology partners and partner communities.
· Experience working in various marketing technology platforms; Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
· Strong time management and organizational skills required.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion.

· The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 hourly depending on experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
