Partner Operations & Enablement Manager

You can be based in Bois-Colombes (Paris area, France), in Alphen aan den Rijn (The Netherlands) or in elsewhere in Europe (according to our offices locations).

Role

Partner Enablement & Operations Manager will have a deep understanding of the Enablon solution and the product/sales/services strategy with the aim of developing programmatic approaches to integrate and enable partners to succeed in the Enablon ecosystem. This role will have a wide span of responsibilities in the following (but not limited to) areas:

Partner On-boarding & Training / Certification

Service Partner Management

Partner Communication

Partner Program management

IT security

Contract / Legal Document Management

Process & Tool Deployment / Management

Partner Services Integration

Program Development / Execution

Partner Scorecard / KPI Reporting

This individual demonstrates great leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong focus on partner satisfaction and growth.

Specific duties include:

Maintain Service partner relationships

Service partner selection & governance (Customer experience)

Manage regional capacity for service partners based on certifications and project experience

Manage service partner communications – inbound and outbound

Optimize administrative tasks (processes, tools) within interaction with Services Partners

Manage Service partner expectations internally and externally

Manage necessary partner contractual documents

Manage Partner IT security

Support Change Management to Services Partners and Enablon teams

Facilitate communication between different departments, actors and clients

Resolve conflicts, escalations between Enablon & Services partners

Participate in the partner strategic planning process.

Job Qualifications

Education: 

Engineer school or Bachelor's degree is required

Work Experience: 

At least 5-7 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects

At least 5 years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large companies

At least 3 years in management position within a services team

Strong understanding of the Enablon solution / Professional Services implementation

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication

Strong organizational skills

Effective problem solver

Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers/partners

Proven ability to clearly communicate actions and facilitate to positive outcomes

Travel requirements

20%-30% percent travel required depending on quarterly cycles & customer needs.

International travel may be required.
