Position:Partner Operations Manager

Position Summary:Provides operational workstream management at a designated client market. Partners to develop the overall operating plan. Accountable for project management activities across all market-based workstreams. Acts as a key member of the team and is instrumental in creating a scalable, high-quality partnership model responsible for delivering sustainable population health outcomes in collaboration with health systems, payers, and providers.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and tracks execution of the project plan required to implement the annual account operating planCreates systems that allow Lumeris team members to organize, display, and communicate progress on their workstreamsProvides training to team members in use of project execution tools, and promotes their usageProvides support to the team as it relates to execution of assigned operational workstreams (e.g., Clinical Programs, Provider Engagement, Payer Contracting, etc.)Contributes to the development of the client operating plan and participates in relevant solutioning efforts to address any identified gaps.Facilitates internal account management, especially team meetings; manages agendas and action items.Organizes and participates in key client meetings. Owns and develops operational relationships with the client.Guides the successful planning and execution of special projects and initiatives in the account.Provides cross-functional support to develop operational and KPI performance reporting.Develops fluency in all aspects of the Lumeris client enablement model.Keeps abreast of current industry, market and policy landscape. Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the aforementioned areas.  Collaborates with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement of our overall operating model.Participates in cross-market discussions to identify opportunities to deploy or export newly identified best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent3 to 5 years of client facing experience within the healthcare domain or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the roleAmple experience working with health systems in strategy, operations, finance, or enterprise project management/transformation effortsDeep experience in development and use of project management tools and processesProficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and excelProficient in SmartsheetWorking knowledge in any of the following areas of value-based care: Medicare Advantage, Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Managed Medicaid and DSRIP, Commercial HIX, managed care regulations, quality reporting, care management, population management, ACO strategy implementation and operations, and supporting providers in risk-based contractsStrategic and entrepreneurial outlook with strong collaboration skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with flexibility to try new approachesStrong teamwork and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships

The hiring range for this position is:

$84,600.00-$113,775.00
