Position Summary

Delinea is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to focus on supporting our strategic partners, including IBM, Microsoft, cyber insurance providers, distributors, and resellers that serve the US federal, state, and local government, education sectors, and major global distributors/resellers. In this role, you will develop and execute focused messaging, create impactful customer-facing content, and build sales materials that enable our partners to sell and support the entire Delinea portfolio effectively. This position will join the US-based Product Marketing team.  

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including partner sales, product management, and sales enablement, to ensure that our partners are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. This role is critical to expanding Delinea’s market presence through our strategic partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment.  

This position may require up to 20% travel. The candidate will be located remotely and based in the US.  This position reports to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing.  

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and execute partner-specific marketing strategies and messaging using a market-in approach, build the right messaging, positioning, value, and differentiation that addresses buyer needs through strategic partners. 

Create and maintain customer-facing content, sales materials, and partner training resources. 

Collaborate with partner marketing to drive joint marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

Support global and government-focused distributors/resellers with enablement and strategic initiatives. 

Align closely with product management to ensure accurate and effective positioning of the Delinea portfolio and integrations. 

Track and measure the success of partner marketing programs and initiatives. 

Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders across a global team.  

 

Skills and Experience 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. 

3-5 years of full-time work experience in Product Marketing or Partner Marketing at a fast-paced Software-as-a-Service company (Cybersecurity strongly preferred).  

Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, and strategic partnerships. 

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills and comfortable writing for and speaking to a wide array of technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Self-starter who thrives in an environment where initiative is rewarded, with excellent organizational skills supporting the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Pragmatic Marketing, and Forrester Decisions Certifications are highly desirable. 

Experience with enterprise-class security products and enterprise information systems is a plus. 

Experience working with government and education sectors is a plus.
