Partner Program Manager - Benefits and Tier Lead

Our Partner Programs Team is dedicated to building strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Program Manager to lead our Tier and Benefits Strategy.

The Program Manager for Tier and Benefits Strategy will be responsible for researching, designing, and executing a comprehensive benefits portfolio for our partner programs. This role requires a deep understanding of competitor programs, Red Hat partner types, and the motivations that drive partner engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes, assess ROI, and ensure a top-notch partner experience.

What you will do:

Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough research on competitor partner programs, focusing on benefits structures and partner utilization preferences.

Analyze Red Hat partner types and identify key drivers of engagement and recognition preferences, beyond financial incentives.

Portfolio Design:

Develop a tiered benefits portfolio that aligns with the Red Hat Partner Program (RHPP), tailored to different partner types and activities.

Aim to create industry-leading offerings that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to evaluate the costs and ROI of existing benefits, ensuring they align with business goals.

Develop robust business cases for new or revised benefits offerings and present findings to executive leadership.

Process Improvement:

Establish and maintain consistent processes for benefit delivery that prioritize the partner experience.

Continuously assess and refine these processes to enhance usability and effectiveness.

Partner Experience Focus:

Champion the voice of the partner within the organization, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of strategy development.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to effectively communicate the value of the benefits portfolio to partners.

What you will bring:

5+ years of experience in program management, partner program strategy, or a related field, preferably in technology or software industries.

Proven track record in analyzing partner programs and developing strategic benefits.

Deep understanding of Red Hat partner types, such as distribution, resellers, OEM, GSI, and Cloud and the competitive landscape.

Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.





 

The salary range for this position is $120,720.00 - $199,120.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
