Partner Program Manager - Modules Lead

The Red Hat Partner Engagement Experience Team is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to refine and implement our partner program strategy. In this role, you will oversee partner segmentation, streamline the onboarding process, and define how partners earn benefits through participation in the Red Hat partner program. You will be pivotal in transforming our vision into a detailed blueprint for different partner types and ensuring a positive and measurable partner experience.

What you will do:

Program Strategy Development: 

Lead End to End Design, Refinement and implementation of the partner program strategy, focusing on partner segmentation and the onboarding process. 

Build Programs that activate and enable go to market strategies across all partner types. 

Partner Engagement: 

Define a detailed blueprint outlining who partners are, the ideal partners to sign up, the incentives for participation, and the contractual requirements necessary for engagement.

Activity Structuring: 

Collaborate with internal teams to establish the activities for which partners earn points, ensuring these activities are trackable and effectively incentivized.

Blueprint Creation: 

Work closely with the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) team to outline the requirements for the managed services module and translate high-level concepts into detailed designs.

Collaboration and Implementation: 

Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate rapid changes and transition concepts into actionable plans, ensuring swift implementation of partner programs and incentives.

User Experience Focus: 

Ensure that all RPM/CRM systems prioritize user experience, providing insights and recommendations to enhance usability and partner engagement.

Performance Analysis: 

Identify historical performance trends, develop defendable assumptions, and utilize modeling methodologies to inform strategic decisions and improve program outcomes.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in partner program management, sales operations, or a related field.

Proven expertise in partner contracts, revenue models, and go-to-market strategies.

Strong understanding of PRM/CRM systems and their application in optimizing partner experiences.

Excellent analytical skills with a track record of identifying trends and translating data into actionable insights.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proven experience in developing and implementing scalable processes that improve efficiency and reduce friction in partner engagements.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex processes.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations related to sales, partnerships, and strategic planning.Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.



 

The salary range for this position is $154,150.00 - $254,350.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
