We're looking for a Partner Relations Analyst to join our growing team. If you're passionate about travel, making connections, working with others, and providing an elite experience for our partners, you might be perfect for our team.  This role will support the Supplier Relations Team at OvationNetwork for, responsible for supplier relations, partnerships and management of our luxury Independent Agents.

This position is an exciting and rare opportunity; the successful candidate must have excellent communication and organization skills, work cohesively in a team, be a good listener, and act swiftly.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrates the ability to streamline processes, maintain updated resources, and handle multiple responsibilities, such as event logistics, RSVP tracking, survey data compilation, and partner information updates.Strong Business Acumen: Excels in handling event coordination, overseeing partner portals, and effectively communicating with partners to ensure alignment and make valuable contributions.Love for Luxury Leisure Travel: Knowledge of the luxury travel industry and how to work well with Independent Agents for seamless interactions and successful partnerships.Collaborative and Networking Savvy: Enjoys establishing relationships, seeking out new opportunities, and strengthening ties within the IA community to cultivate growth and attract new talent to the OvationNetwork.Diligent and Resourceful: Proficient in addressing requests, coordinating systems like portals and tracking systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups with partners.

What You’ll Do:

Support in partnering with leisure suppliers to grow and strengthen the OvationNetwork.Schedule and coordinate office visits, site inspections, and events.Assist with partner outreach for promotions and beneficial opportunities for IAs.Compile and distribute partner information and updates to Independent Agents (IAs).Handle RSVPs and provide administrative support for events, FAM trips, trade shows, and site inspections.Be responsible for and assist with partner portal registration/assistance, including hotel loyalty programs, cruise portals, and Virtuoso.Maintain and update partner information on the IA Portal to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Compose surveys and compile associated data.  Provide support for Virtuoso portal management and assist IAs with related queries.Attend and cover local partner events to represent the team and support partner engagement.Share standard information with partners, such as IATA lists and rate-loading instructions.Handle requests for partner contact information.Seek new opportunities & identification of new sources of value:Travel TrendsTravel ToolsDestination ResearchIdentifying new Suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

1-5+ years of leisure travel experience with a consistent record to deliver results in a commercial environment.Exceptional organization and time managementStrong understanding of technology and data governanceExcellent data and analytics skill to drive IA and supplier relationshipsCreative problem solver with strong strategic and executional skillsOpen-minded and innovative, with perseverance to see projects through to completionInternational experience and familiarity with working across remote teams and time zones are a plus

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
