Partner Relations Coordinator (NA)

Job Summary

As the Partner Relations Coordinator at DuraServ, you will support our national accounts team, ensuring the success of our partners. Reporting to Partner Relations Manager (National Accounts), your mission will involve sourcing for new potential partners, supporting partner onboarding, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting our rewards program by providing exceptional customer service. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of engagement and satisfaction, which, in turn, directly impacts our business success.


Essential Functions 

Partner Sourcing and Outreach: Identify and source new partners, initiate cold calls, and cultivate a pipeline of strong potential partners that align with our company’s goals and standards.Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new partners in our system, ensuring all necessary information is correctly entered and finalized promptly. Document Management: Maintain electronic recordkeeping of partner documents, ensuring all information is organized and accessible to our team. Schedule Coordination: Support and organize the planning and execution of meetings by coordination of scheduling, material preparation, and logistics. Book travel arrangements and manage all travel and meeting details to ensure a seamless experience. Shipment Coordination: Manage the logistics of shipping DuraServ materials to partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to support our appreciation programs.Rewards Program Support: Monitor and maintain the status of partners in our rewards program, ensuring their rewards status is up-to-date and that they receive their rewards accurately. Partner Relations Support: Act as a liaison for partners, addressing their inquiries and needs with a high level of customer service and urgency, ensuring a positive experience. Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

(S) Proficiency in strategic partner sourcing. (S) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.(s) Exceptional communication skills for conveying expectations and maintaining efficient partner interactions. (A) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.(A) Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. (K) Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office 365.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Travel 

This job requires 10% planned business travel.

Education and Experience 

High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of 2 years with education is desirable.Experience in an administrative supporting or coordination role, preferably within national accounts, partner relations, or similar field, 2+ years preferred. Experience in customer service, 2+ years preferred.
