Partner Relationship Manager

SWIVEL is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to build, manage, and expand relationships with our strategic partners. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering exceptional payment solutions and ensuring mutual success with our partners. The Partner Relationship Manager will oversee the onboarding, development, and ongoing management of partner relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Essential duties include the following:

Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.Conducts regular reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.Identifies and evaluates potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.Negotiates partnership agreements and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Collaborates with the cross-functional teams to leverage partner relationships for lead generation and revenue growth.Develops and executes partnership strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.Works closely with internal teams, including integration, sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to align partner activities with company goals.Prepares and delivers regular reports on partner performance, revenue contributions, and KPIs to internal stakeholders.

 

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldFive (5) years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.Proven track record of building and managing strategic partner relationshipsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with payment technologies, financial systems, and industry trendsAbility to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
