About the Role

In your role as Partner Relationship Manager for US you will be responsible for implementing the Ignite Store Content Strategy, discovering, onboarding and supporting new - and existing - 3rd party Developer Partners in the America region, with the special focus on US. You will need to manage the relationship with partners to have them bringing new apps into our in-Vehicle App Store EcoSystem. It is an individual contributor position reporting to Content EcoSystem Product Lead.

What You Will Do

Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new developer partners, ensuring they understand our platform, tools, processes and best practices for successful collaboration.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing developer partners, acting as their primary point of contact for business support and guidance, exploring possibilities to extend the partner`s app portfolio in our App Store.Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Ignite Store`s OEM Customers and HARMAN cross-functional teams, especially with Product Management, Legal, Marketing, and Certification, to support partners in their development efforts and address any challenges.Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for expanding the partner ecosystem, especially on the America/US region, driving strategic initiatives that enhance partner engagement and increase the value of partnerships.Responsibility: Own the relationship with the selected Partners, selected OEM Customers, Partner Location Region, App Distribution Region, and App Category.Partnership team contribution: As part of the Partnership team you will have responsibilities and contribute to create and define: the partnership and content strategy; partnership team processes & tools; and suggests the team`s presence at conferences, marketing and PR campaigns.Regional Responsibilities: Your main responsibility will be America, especially the US region.

What You Need

BS/BA degree5+ years of experience in Content Partner Relationship Management, such as Android or iOS application developers, software startups, or video/music content providersProven track record in developing and maintaining partnerships, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration2+ years of experience in leadership or manager roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishIn this position is critical to have outstanding interpersonal skills, working as individual contributor in leadership role, to have excellent collaboration skills, and to be always results driven.

What is Nice to Have

Experience working as Application Store Partnership or Content Manager.Proven track record working for a Content Provider.  Outstanding expertise in App categories.International experience as business developer at software startups or android app developer companies.

Salary Ranges:

$ 120,750 - $ 177,100
