The Partner Representative is responsible for supporting the Customer Engagement team with Marvin Replacement’s retail partnership customer accounts. This is a customer facing position with a focus on administrative tasks such as managing leads and business relationships. This position will be working with cross-functional departments. The Customer Engagement Partner Representative is at the top of the process connecting with customers, so they must represent all brands with a positive and professional demeanor while offering a best-in-class customer experience at all times. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for details, excellent customer service skills, and a resolute commitment for excellence.

Highlights of your role Connect with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chatEducate potential customers on our business partnershipsFollowing up on inquiries Follow scripting and vetting standards to ensure all needed information is captured for each Sales appointmentReview previous appointments and assess the needed approach to reschedule a customer as neededReceive and transfer customer account informationUnderstand a variety of programs to execute detail oriented data efficientlySelf-directed tracking of customer accounts to update changes in information consistentlyTracking of trends in various systems and communicate needed updates to leadershipTake initiative and use sound judgement Salary Range $19-$22 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Self-motivator with a strong work ethicTake direction well and can follow procedures Professional, positive behavior with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for our customers, as well as engaging with the team.Experience in call centers, customer service, service industry, sales, or marketing in a customer-facing roleHands-on experience with any of the following systems would be helpful: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Webflow, Typeform, Klaviyo, CalendlyAbility to multi-task by navigating several processes and programs while maintaining professionalism with customers Also want to make sure you have Saturday, Sunday, and evening availability is required. Strong commitment to excellence and attention to details Excellent time management and communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards and situations We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
