Get to Know the Role 

This role will report onsite to Singapore Grab office, reporting to the Assistant Manager of Partner Retention. 

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Loyalty Associate to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valuable partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement with our products and service

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptlyDevelop and implement retention strategies to minimize partner churn and maximize long-term partnershipsConduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to ensure their ongoing satisfactionIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase partner value and engagementAnalyze partner data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our partner programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and enhance the overall partner experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date partner information in our CRM systemCreate and deliver presentations to partners on new products, features, and program updatesContribute to the development of partner retention initiatives and best practicesLead the brainstorming and storyboarding process to create impactful content that encourages Partner engagement.Manage and optimize content across the team’s social media platforms, including strategic planning and scheduling for publication.Analyze and report on the performance of social media publications to drive engagement and growth in followers and viewership.Other ad-hoc duties (if required)

 

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredYou have 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or partner relationsProficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesExperience with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of partnership management and retention strategiesYou have experience with photography, videography, and media productionYou have expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms, including their algorithmsYou have knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics and an appreciation for novel insights and ideas
