ADP is hiring a Retirement Counselor IV. In this role you will be focused on increasing revenue, and ensuring compliance by conducting targeted training to partners to share tools and resources, encourage usage, and add value in order to drive client loyalty and referrals. Deliver prepared, concise and persuasive presentations in a variety of settings. Responsible for driving revenue by increasing participation, deferral rates and attaining rollover assets from our new and existing client base through financial advisors, CPA’s, and other RS partners.

In depth working knowledge in retirement services industry. Financial services background. Strong and proven presentation skills. Strong organizational skills Territory Management - Ability to schedule clients productively based on geography Ability to prioritize and set schedule, strong organization and time management skills. Availability to travel extensively.
